Rules and Conditions

• You must be at least 18-years-old to enter
• You may enter from anywhere in Canada or the United States except where prohibited by law
• You must sign up to be on Shae’s email list
• Your ability to redeem the $100 Visa Gift Card may vary outside of Canada or the United States
• Gift Card and Donation will be assigned in $CAN or $USD currency
• Charity or Not-For-Profit Organization of choice must be accepted and approved by Management
• Each person may enter only once, multiple signups do not increase your chances of winning
• This contest opens December 18, 2020, and expires January 1, 2021, at 11:59 pm EST
• A winner will be randomly selected from Shae’s email list

Rules and Terms

Following are the general contest rules covering contests on the Shae Dupuy Music website, www.shaedupuy.com:

You must be at least 18-years-old to enter any of our contests. Employees and Management of Shae Dupuy Music along with their families are not eligible to enter.

No purchase is necessary for any of our contests.

You may enter contests for Shae Dupuy from anywhere in the world as long as you are knowledgeable of the laws for contests in your area and you are eligible to enter the contest. Shae Dupuy Music is not responsible for prizes that cannot be redeemed outside of Canada and/or the United States.

You are responsible for the accuracy of your entry form.

One entry per name and email address. The email address must be subscribed at the time of the contest end date to be eligible to win.

If you win, you must answer correctly a skill-testing question before the prize is awarded and redeemed.

There are no moratoriums after you win.

Winners are responsible for taxes, duties, or any costs associated with prizes.

Shae Dupuy Music is not responsible for lost entries due to server/Internet outages or any other technical difficulties.

Unless otherwise stated, all prizes will be shipped free of charge or emailed to winners using the information submitted via the entry form. We will only verify the information submitted by the winner during the contest.

Shae Dupuy Management Team will notify the prize winner or winners using the contact information submitted by email.

Shae Dupuy Music reserves the right to publicly announce prize winners by their first name and City/State via social media platforms and by any other means.

With the exception of the fulfillment of a prize to a winner to a contest, Shae Dupuy Music and Team will never share your personal information with anyone, nor will your personal information ever be sold for any reason.

Shae Dupuy Music reserves the right to update or modify these rules at any time without notice.

Shae Dupuy Music reserves the right to cancel a contest at any time for any reason.
